For the second year in a row, I was fortunate enough to be a part of a St. Baldrick’s event hosted by my dear friend, April. If you don’t know April’s story you can learn more about it here . To call April and Isaac inspirational, isn’t really enough. Isaac has fought, and beaten brain cancer, but they still live with it daily. The effects of treatment are still with them. April fights for her son, and for your son, and for mine, for any parent that might ever have to endure what she has. She pays it forward through Camp Out From Cancer and St. Baldrick’s… and this year, their event raised $54,758.00 which blew away her goal of $20,000.00. Here’s just a peak inside an incredible day, put together by an incredible woman.
